Military

If we endure, we will also reign with him

2 Timothy 2:12

Military personnel and their families make great sacrifices for the sake of the sovereignty of the United States of America. At Back Bay Church, we strive to understand and embrace the military community. We desire to see you and your family grow closer to the Lord and our church family, whether you are here for months or years.
Back Bay Church is a proud Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) church and an active member of the Send Network Military, a collaborative initiative of the North American Mission Board (NAMB) focused on planting and strengthening churches in military communities across the United States and around the world.

As part of this strategic network, we join other SBC congregations near military installations to reach service members, veterans, and their families with the gospel. The Send Network Military is actively planting new churches in and around military communities globally, ensuring that wherever men and women in uniform go, they can find a gospel-centered church home.

Through this partnership, we share resources, best practices, and coordinated efforts to address the distinct spiritual, emotional, and relational challenges faced by those in military life. At Back Bay Church, this collaboration fuels our mission to serve the military community through community groups, intentional discipleship, family support ministries, and outreach events designed for the unique rhythms of deployments, PCS moves, and transitions.

Together, we aim to plant hope, build resilience, and foster lifelong faith in those who serve and sacrifice for our nation.
